1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PMCaVa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PMCaVa provides vCoach-driven business intelligence, financial analysis, and strategic planning tools for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs). The Service includes the "vCoach" assistant.

3. Pricing and Subscription Fees

PMCaVa may modify subscription fees, credit pricing, or introduce new charges. Any pricing changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of any pricing changes.

4. Credit Usage and Refund Policy (Non-Refundable)

The Service utilizes a credit-based system for vCoach actions. All purchases of credits, whether individual or included in a subscription, are final and strictly non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

5. Disclaimer of vCoach Reliability

The vCoach service uses Large Language Models (LLMs). While we strive for accuracy, generated content may occasionally be incorrect or misleading. vCoach is a decision-support tool, not a replacement for professional financial or legal advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

PMCaVa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on vCoach insights.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service.

8. Data Residency and Privacy Masking

All PMCaVa data is stored and processed within Canadian data centers. For users residing outside of Canada, we implement the following non-negotiable security standards:

  • Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is encrypted at-rest using industry-standard protocols.
  • All data provided to vCoach for processing is automatically masked or pseudonymized to prevent the exposure of real identifiers to external AI processing layers.

9. Choice of Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
